An Evening With Artist Richard Baratz: Art And Life On And Off Broadway

Congregation Beth Israel is excited to announce an evening with esteemed CBI member Richard Baratz, the man behind the celebrity caricatures at the world renowned Sardi’s Restaurant in New York City.

Richard's resume of notable Broadway stars spans for many years. Tom Hanks, Helen Mirren, Steve Martin and Bradley Cooper are among his most recent portraits. He is also a fine artist whose work is shown in galleries and collections across the country. Along with his art career, Richard has another intriguing profession as a bank note engraver at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Fort Worth, Texas.

At the November event, Richard will be sharing tales of his interesting life and art. Limited edition prints are available for purchase online and during the event at Congregation Beth Israel, with 20% of proceeds going to benefit CBI and its organizations.
